+Scott Astorino

With $250 million of real estate transactions and more than a decade of experience under his belt, Scott Astorino earned his reputation as one of the leading real estate professionals in the Pittsburgh region. His experience includes three years with PNC Bank’s Corporate Real Estate Group where he co-managed the real estate efforts on four merger and acquisition projects and co-directed the real estate integration of a $3.5 billion acquisition. He was also responsible for all real estate transactions for more than 400 locations. All that aside, Scott sold the building next to the most famous house in America, the Corcoran Building, located across the street from the White House.

Scott’s skills and experience include landlord representation, tenant representation, corporate services, project management, investment sales, and corporate mergers and acquisitions. His brokerage portfolio includes companies such as Mellon Financial, Mellon Private Wealth Management, Hobart Corporation, Pitney Bowes, Adidas, UBS, NCR and GlaxoSmithKline.

Scott holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from North Carolina State University. He is a licensed real estate salesperson in the state of Pennsylvania.
