Hollis Hames earned his commercial, residential and financial real estate expertise in one of the most challenging markets in the United States, New York City where he was awarded the President’s Award for being one of the top ten producers at JPMorgan Chase Bank in Manhattan. He applied this knowledge into the Pittsburgh commercial real estate market working with the Oxford Development Company where his client list included organizations such as UPMC, University of Pittsburgh, General Electric, Hyatt Hotels and many other individual and private firms in a range of industries.
In his most recent position with PNC Bank’s Corporate Real Estate Group, Hollis was responsible for negotiating hundreds of leases resulting in a $4.6 million savings to the company. Further he was responsible for selling and managing distressed assets in the company’s Commercial Disposition Group where he sold more than $5 million in assets in two years. Finally, Hollis was also charged with the task of selling 28 luxury condominiums at Three PNC Plaza. In three years, he sold 51,000 square feet of space for a combined $19 million in revenue while developing property management policies and turning the association over to The Fairmont for fulltime property management.
Hollis earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Duquesne University and is a licensed real estate salesperson in the state of Pennsylvania.
